The project

The project, called "Renault Nissan India Box 2", is the greenfield construction of a car assembly plant (dimensioned for total 180 vehicles/hr) and located in INDIA, 50 km from Chennaï, in a site which covers a 400 ha area, and has to be developed.
 
The factory is self standing with a mechanic unit (for 950,000 u/yr, engine, gearbox), an assembly line, one supplier zone and administrative buildings.

- Establish a complete set of Technical Building Standards adapted to local regulations.
- Establish a complete set of Project Management Standards for international projects.		   - Standards role of the Assistance to Design and Engineering Project Management.
- Engineering and construction phases: Secure Quality, Cost, Lead time and Safety until the end of the project.
