The project
RENAULT's project consisted of bringing together all of its research and
development activities for new models onto one site, in a modern and operational
environment, thus promoting synergies and emulation within its teams.
Overall the project covers 524,000 m² built on a fully developed site of
148 ha, and a global investment for RENAULT of around €1,000M excluding
VAT. The Technocentre was built from 1990 to 1995.
Technip TPS intervened throughout the building of the Technocentre,
both providing assistance to the client and as the Prime Contractor for
certain subprojects, or for the implementation of a computing system common
to the entirety of the project.
The
assignments of Technip TPS
Assistance to the Client:
- Implementation and management of transversal procedures common to
the different subprojects.
- Assistance to site management of the "La Ruche" central building.
Common Computing System (CCS):
- Prime contracting of the CCS and computerised document cabinets
of the overall project.
- Running the CAC-CAD cell: control, exploitation, quality.
Summary management:
- Coordination, summary and management of implantations on the site
and infrastructures.
- Management, organization, planning and running the summary cell
of the "La Ruche" building. |
